View Our HorsesAt Sam Allwood Racing, we run a number of Racing Clubs and Syndicates that are designed to meet all levels of budget, whilst providing a great racehorse ownership experience.
Racing ClubsThere are currently a number of opportunities to enjoy race horse ownership with us, from small shares through to outright ownership.
Sam Allwood Racing is located in Shropshire and is now well established as a successful, national hunt racing yard.
Sam and his team have worked hard to continuously improve the facilities at Church Farm to make sure the horses are always well prepared for their races as well as receiving care of the highest standard.
Church Farm is a close family set up, supported by experienced staff, as well as a superb collection of owners who share the same passion for horses and racing as Sam and his team.
Our facilities include:
Horses are entered 6 days before the race and declared 48 hours before the race. Owners are kept informed about the horse's progress and plans by Sam or Dan.
Yes, we hold an owners day each year and you are welcome to the yard at any time to see your horse.
BHA stands for British Horse racing Authority. They are the governing body for horse racing in the UK, based in London. They set the rules, the fixtures, handicapping, and licenses, etc.
Our horses race all over the UK, whenever there is a suitable race.
Yes of course. There is nothing like going to see your horse training first thing in the morning. A perfect start to the day.
